• Not have been suspended or banned from the Platform

Registration Process:

4. Complete your profile according to your status (Influencer or Client)

Account Verification:
• Influencers must provide additional supporting documents
• Multi-step verification process
• Validation time of 24 to 72 hours

For Influencers:
• Creation of professional profile
• Management of offers and rates
• Receipt and management of requests
• Integrated messaging system
• Secure payment management
• Performance statistics and analysis

For Clients:
• Search for qualified influencers
• Advanced filter system
• Sending collaboration requests
• Campaign tracking
• Secure payment system
• Evaluation of services

User Obligations:
• Respect these conditions
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
• Provide accurate information
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Not misuse the Services

Influencer Obligations:
• Respect commitments made
• Maintain professional service quality
• Respond to requests within agreed timeframes
• Respect the content policy
• Declare their income according to legislation

Client Obligations:
• Pay for ordered services
• Provide necessary information for campaigns
• Respect the conditions of offers
• Not make illegal or inappropriate requests

CreaticsHub Rights:
• Logo, trademark, and trade name
• Platform design and interface
• Source code and database
• Marketing documents and materials

User Rights:
• Retention of rights to their content
• License of use granted to CreaticsHub
• Right to delete their content

Rights Protection:
• Reporting of violations
• Content removal procedure
• Sanctions in case of infringement
